The year has begun and I can’t help thinking how lucky we are in Australia to have sunshine to kick it all off! It makes me smile.
February is the month of love and love is on my mind.
I’ve been using a love affirmation to put me in a good mood and it really works!
Our thoughts are so powerful. I often record and play these to help me drift off to sleep and find myself thinking loving and positive thoughts the next day.
So if you see me smiling , you’ll know why!
People poo hoo Valentines day because of the commercialism but I see it as a fabulous opportunity to love and be loved out loud! Smile. Be loving . If you have someone special in your life, be grateful. Do something for them that only you would know to do . One of the sweetest and simplest forms of love is attention. Undivided attention. When you give of yourself and your essence, focusing on another, wonderful things happen. Energy shifts and blockages fall away.
I hope this happens for you this Valentines day.

The angel choir was so good, well done girls.
I enjoyed every minute . It was just such a wonderful night.
Here’s a snippet of what went down.
Back to LOVE.
I read this, this morning:-
‘Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked or easily angered, it does not take into account a wrong endured.’
Because it all comes back to Love
