So many reasons to love the cool change…colour for one!
I’m looking forward to ANZAC day and the chance to honour the men and women who have paid the ultimate price. Last years 100th anniversary was very moving. My children marched , as they do every year , in Berry , representing their school . Then it’s off to the pub for lunch and 2 -up. Our family tradition.
I can’t help but think of all the family members left behind as men and women still head out to war zones. And I think about the generations who lost loved ones, mothers and fathers who lost sons and women who lost their husbands…heartbreaking.
I love ANZAC day. I dress myself and my children for respect and I get very emotional .
And I don’t try and hide it one bit.

March was also a swingin’ month for Straight No Chaser, playing at the Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival. This festival goes from strength to strength and we had a ball. Thanks to Kiama Jazz and our 2 very cool venues, ‘Milk And Honey Cafe’ , near the blowhole and ‘The Brooding Italian’ on Manning Street. Here is a clip and some pics.
Enjoy the change of season. Everything changes. We can be sure of that.
And keep smiling. You look so great when you do!
